How long does shipping take?
Orders usually arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns for faulty or defective items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or doesn’t work?

What kind of products does Tonki sell?
We focus on quality over quantity, so all eyes are on our star controller.
Are Tonki products compatible with iOS and Android?
Many of our products are compatible with both iOS and Android, but compatibility may vary by product. Always check the product page for details.
Do I need to download an app to use Tonki products?
You do not require an app and connect directly with your mobile phone via Bluetooth.
🎮 Using your controller
How to connect your mobile gamepad?
Make sure your gamepad is charged and your phone's bluetooth is on. Turn on the gamepad by pressing the ON button and R1 at the same time. The top two blue lights will start flashing, this means you can connect. The gamepad will be called Xbox Wireless Controller. Go into your bluetooth settings and connect!
How can I play games?
That's up to you and depends what phone you are using. For example, iPhone users can play games from the App Store, including Minecraft, Resident Evil, Grand Theft Auto and even Delta, the retro gaming emulator.
Will my phone fit?
The gamepad fits most, if not all, modern phones, including iPhone, Samsung, Google and more. It also fits tablets.
